Beef ribs over some big hickory chunks with a new charcoal I was testing out on the KJ. Perfect size for two with some old fashioned potato salad and coleslaw.

One of the bones got broken by the butcher so I cut that rib off and made some beef rib burnt ends I pulled about halfway through to snack on while we waited
