I do pork belly burnt ends and just leave them in the smoker. **** i love those. Why am i on such a salad kick atm....When you guys are smoking pork belly (or pork belly burnt ends) , do you finish in the broiler anyway to crisp? Or just eat out of the smoker? (Or broiler just for reheat)
