Got a 7lbs Boston butt that I am smoking in a few hours for pulled pork sandwiches tomorrow night. Gotta feed like 9 adults and 7 kids. Hopefully should be plenty.

Probably start around midnight or 1am at 225 and hopefully should be about 12 to 14 hours.

We had the real deal, black hoof a few years ago. They come with a zippered cover and I just kept it in our big Vinotemp. It was kind of awesome to pull that baby out and slice for company.
