Gents, I dabbled in this during the 1980s. I know things have greatly changed and wonder if anyone here does it? All the shiny new equipment but don't want to overspend. Wort chiller for sure, primary bucket, carboy...

If anyone is brewing I'd love to see your equipment and set up.

I've been brewing for the past 14 years. I'm using the same 48qt cooler I started with for my mash tun. I have a 10gal stainless pot for the boil. Just bought a new burner, the Edelmetall. Also have the same copper immersion chiller. Plastic buckets for fermenting. All beers get kegged.

Hey, thanks for the reply. I've been talking myself off the ledge about dropping a couple of grand into yet another hobby. Think I'm backing away.

You definitely can get crazy with this hobby. I just haven't bothered.
