One of my go-to warm weather outfits! I’d like to get some more odd trousers and some longer jackets to play around with… starting a new job next week so will have to explore Sydney’s tailoring scene!

A formal suit combined with strong colors creates a look, that is a little bit less conservative.

That pink waistcoat is beautiful. Definitely at home with the linen suit. I wish the bow tie was a lighter color though.

I had originally thought to use a pink repp stripe bow tie with this ensemble, but, at the suggestion of someone out in the ether of the Internet, I opted for the navy dot tie from Turnbull, which I think anchored the look a bit better - all pink would have had less contrast, which I thought was better. Maybe next time . . .

I think that both options work. Even a nutmeg colour would look great in my eyes.

GTH does mean go to hell, but I take it as a reference to trousers, jackets, and/or shirts of the loud and obnoxious variety. Bright colors, bold patterns, etc i.e. most of my wardrobe.
