Love this overall but trousers look a little to slim in comparison to the jacket. Did you consider widening them?

I wouldn't say that a wide lapel is less formal than a narrow one.

A wide lapel looks simply better, no matter whether on a suit or a sport coat.

I knew you'd love them. All of their shoes aren't hideous. They make custom shoes to order so you can make them however suits you.. You probably hate Taft shoes too huh?
