And just like that Summer school has begun. Triple linen and a cotton tie. Brown suede captoes and green socks below.

I haven't worn this @Sam Hober grenadine tie in forever. It's a substantial tie. I should wear it more often. It's just the thing with this shirt. Which also hasn't seen the light of day in forever.

Could you please tell us about the fabric this beautiful suit is made from?
It's a London Lounge fabric that Alden calls "Mare". This is the Sand color. It's intended to be a lightweight summer fabric with a softer hand than a typical high-twist wool. It is a lightweight wool and it does manage to drape quite well. It does have a tendency to wrinkle a bit more than I'd like, but I guess that's the trade-off you have to make.

I didn't take it to Pitti, even though I did not expect Florence to be as hot as it was. I think it might be most suitable for a Northern European summer, with temperature ranges from 20º-25ºC/68º-78ºF or so. It gets a little warm as you get into the 80s Fahrenheit. Florence during Pitti was in the high 90sF.

Thank you for your kind words.

I don't get the joke but I have never been one to refrain from food, so biscuit it is....
Fast-food chicken meals are frequently referred to by the number of pieces of chicken included. A biscuit is a typical side. So concludes today's Explaining The Joak Which Wasn't That Funny Anyway. :teach:
