Today, with a little thought for the Friday competition. Return of the mac.

The Mac is a (whisper it) Christian Dior Monsieur, Made in England. I grabbed it off eBay NOS a few years ago for £40. It had cuff belts, epaulets and belt hooks all with brass hardware. Far too busy for my taste. I stripped them all off and the results are good. Still get that great collar but with a far cleaner silhouette.

The jacket seems to fit you very well. My personal preference would be for the trousers to be a bit longer (to touch the tops of your shoes), but that is the style convention of the moment among gentlemen young enough to be my spawn, of which you certainly qualify.
i was going for that look but i guess it was a tad too high i might dro the waist just a bit next time i put it on
