It's not just an Italian style; the classic Savile Row tux is ventless.Agreed on the vent. Very much of an Italian style to have no vent.
As suggested on another thread, I need to figure out my shoulder and chest size with my tailor and then start searching from there.
Finally we see a ‘three roll two’ jacket which has an actual ‘roll’ to the lapel.
Jacket looks nice. As for the shirt, try for one: a) where the collars points rest beneath the jacket lapels, rather than hugging the tie knot and b) in white or ecru—much more flattering than the dark brown.Spitting in a wishing well...
