I recently purchased these from S&M. While they aren't true high-rise they do ride higher than any other pants I own.

Those look better but I would try to get higher, at least between the two buttons of your jacket.

I agree with Merc. You seem to have a fairly impressive/athletic physique, and I think higher rise trousers would help to accentuate it, and create a more aesthetic pleasing split between your top/lower halves.
Note: necessary disclaimer that I love obscenely high rise trews.

I can second this. I'm 6'4" and when buying RTW, especially Italian brands, I often find the jackets too short.

At 6'4 is even a Long too short?

That said the style in Italy was shorter sport coats when I was there a year and a half ago. Folks here are more into classic length.

It's very hard to find long sizes around here. Finding them in models I like is even worse. I usually find 52 long to be ok, Italian cuts are short but in a "contemporary style". 52 regular can be a bit his and miss. Now I just do bespoke and get it a proper length from the start.

I concur! Im not a big face watch kinda guy.. most in my rotation hover from 34mm to 36mm.. I have a larger face watch that clocks in at 44mm, but I rarely wear it anymore..
