At the Getty Center.

Brooks Brothers jacket, OCBD shirt, and tie, Dunn & Company vest, Hermes pocket square, Orvis cord trousers, and Allen-Edmonds shoes.

For fans of "Piece-Of-A-Person" pictures, a piece of a person with a bowl of curried chicken and rice soup at the Getty Center Cafe picture.

Once again I have coordinated the colors of what I am wearing with the colors of what I am eating.

Extra Added Attraction Picture: Wasn't the only one there wearing a yellow vest.

Did you lose some weight recently Alan? For some reason I remember your upper half looking a bit bigger but now you’re looking pretty trim.

And great cloth pick for those trousers.
@jtorres94

Yes, I did lose a bunch. Almost 20kg (44lbs) over the last 2.5 years. Less powerlifting and more boxing and soccer.

The cloth is indeed magnificent. Been on the look out for gaberdines for a while. They punch way above their weight (literally) in drape.

Thank you for your kind words, @Alan Bee. Since the cat is out of the bag, if there is any instructor interested in a copy, hit me with a PM and I will send you one. Ancillary material (exam questions, case studies, slides) are all free on my website. To keep this on topic, I had an important meeting so used the most conservative attire I feel comfortable mustering.

@bernoulli

Proff, I did receive your the excellent scholarly work by courier, thank you. I sent an acknowledgment by WhatsApp.

The book has since kept me company on many long flights (which is the only time I can focus completely on it). A very interesting if revolutionary take on social economics. Disputing, if not refuting entirely all classic measures and indices of developmental economics.

Lots of theory in the book but as you advised in the prologue, I went to chapters 2 & 14 right away which were largely more plain spoken.

Still, I needed every bit of my prior knowledge of macro (and micro) economics as a financier to be able to “stay with the book” ?

Nice work Rodrigo (Professor Bern ??

Thank you all, gentlemen, for the good wishes. As for the conundrum of continuing to dress to the nines, one can only watch and wait for the results of that evolutionary process. ;)
I for one look forward to the next stage of your sartorial career!

A not-very-good picture from last April at the place where Robin Hood and Dr. W. G. Grace meet I never posted before because forgot to pull my pants up and my pink and blue tie doesn't show up very well in the bright sunlight.

The moral may be get yourself squared away before taking a picture and don't take pictures of light colored things in bright sunlight.

Brooks Brothers blue blazer and BB#1 pink, light blue, and cream tie, L L Bean blue OCBD shirt and corduroy trousers, Squarextraordinaire pocket square, and Allen-Edmonds shoes.

Although everyone knows who Robin Hood is, for those who don't know who Dr. W. G. Grace is, here he is, proving once again one's belt doesn't have to match one's shoes (although his belt probably matches his hat).

I’m planning to take this suit to the tailor soon to make some well needed changes! Since getting this suit, my arms must’ve gotten longer so the sleeves need to be lengthened. Are there any other changes anyone would suggest to make this better?
