@PinkPantser very nice outfit! While I have your attention, might I add that I also loved the last fit pic you posted (heavy tweed if I recall)!

Gracias. You can thank my wife for the pro-level pics.

    Vintage Brooks jacket
Banana scarf (actually my brother's and I'm borrowing lol)
    Epaulet oxford popover
    Gustin green weft's

Yep, they came this slim. Way too slim, actually. They taper down like crazy. The waist on these is actually loose by an inch (the size 34 fit my waist but were sprayed on; these are 36's), then they taper down to like a 7-inch opening.

That said, I believe tartan pants need to be slim to avoid looking like pajama pants. Because sadly, to the typical midwesterners I'm friends with, their main frame of reference for tartans in general is composed primarily of pajama pants—and blackwatch is one of the most prevalent. Even on these I got a couple comments like, "Oh, I though those were pajama pants for a second."

Women seem to really love the fabric too, same goes for velvet jackets.

Heldentor ( great handle btw) you have really come a long way. Very nice fit today . If I were to nitpick, I would have liked a less structured shoulder on your SC..

I'd love to see a full shot of that. Or at least, a shot where we can see the jacket/tie/shirt/pants all together. I actually like gray tie, gray pants, and blue jacket, but I know others might feel it would have worked better as a suit.
