Like everyone else, I love Braddock's green donegal suit, but I'm wondering whether it wouldn't have been even better with pleated trousers.

    Thoughts?

Stylistically, I have never thought that something would look better with pleats. Pleats are not a bad thing, however it has no bearing on whether something looks better/worse IMO.

    Lol.

If you mean the suit, yessir. If you mean the navy SC, it has not arrived yet. :)

Single forward pleat is the only pleat in my book. That being said, would that suit be nice with one, sure, would it better, no I dont thinks so, just different.

Similar topic, @Spandexter, thats great, but why did you choose cuff-less for the pants of that suit?

IMO the hank doesn't work and the tie REALLY doesn't work. I don't mind the shirt, but I think a navy knit tie and a white linen PS would do this look a world of good. As it is it is too "pastely" and needs something to ground it a little better. Trousers have fit issues, and I don't like the shoes. I'm not trying to be a dick, but I'm just weighing in.

Piling on but I love these.

Question--it looks like the blue suit is totally unconstructed, but what about the tweed? Is that a roped shoulder?
