Fair enough! I was debating the Paul smith stripes or the plain OTC gray wool, should have gone with the latter [IMG]

I guess it is the consequence of hitting the gym all day. Well, I have to move the buttons a little closer to facilitate easy closing of the jacket. I don't think alteration is necessary here as the fit is perfect for me, besides no much cloth is left inside the jacket to achieve a more generous fit by the waist. I believe once the buttons are slightly adjusted, it will reduce the excessive pulling on the buttons.

It won't reduce the shoulder divots, though. Just a pet peeve of mine.

It's the medallion that steals the show, wonderful!

Might sport mine tomorrow now, thanks for the inspiration Foxx

Thanks for all the thumbs on Thursday. I wore this on Friday. I figured I'd take it back to the country.

That's fantastic, Foxx. I'm with Held on the socks though. Some nice grey cashmere would have been great.

[IMG] Brining in those buttons I don't think will help much, it will throw the visuals off even more (btw this is only my opinion), I mean how close can they go before it looks weird? Personally, I don't like the tie either, but I don't own a very sedate collection of ties either. Everything together looks too #menswear to me.

AS, um, that one is not up to your standards imo.

Honestly, it doesn't look clean at all as is. I'm not sure what standard you're judging the fit by but I don't think everyone else sees what you see.

    It looks way too tight.

It's pretty different from my last posting, but I think it's very much in line with my look. What about do you think is below my standards?

It does not work for me at all. A fair amount of your style is not really my speed, but you manage to make it work for you. This one I do not think works so much. No h8.

Maybe, after your last post, we're all a bit disappointed that you haven't been won over to the dark side of SF conformity after all [IMG]

I'm not a SF conformist (some people might say that's code for "You don't look good, Caustic"), but AAS's latest doesn't work for me either. I like his use of colors and this one doesn't have much in the way of nice color combinations. Oh well, he's still awesome most of the time.

Respect. I get that it's not everyone's speed. This is from Saturday. Black watch and tweed.

At some point you must decide if you want a physique built for tailored clothes or for the beach; suits or swim suits.
