    What does the weight of the fabric matter? I was talking about the colors. Lightwight or heavyweight, something is off to me at least.

    @SeamasterLux , superb fit and great story about the suit!
    @GMMcL , I love that purple tie. I don't mind that it's a tad narrow.
    @sugarbutch , very, very nice though perhaps the PS is a bit too exuberant?

    I was on the fence about it when I saw it, but not bothered enough to be concerned. If the tie was black, not what appears to be a dark navy, it would be a bigger issue I think.

    Back to school. The sweater is new to me from eBay. I'm not sure how I feel about the jacket here. Yes, it is busy, but I think I like it. I had a solid sport coat on at first and then picked this one at the last minute.

    I've had these pants for several years and have always been on the fence about them. They're PRL heavy corduroy. A bit baggy in the thigh, but I like everything else about them. I may have my tailor take them in a bit.

    I also got some new gloves while I was in Philly. I love the color. I'll see how they do in the cold tomorrow as it was only in the 30s today.

    Can't wear that sweater with that jacket, AAS. For the love of math, man, please don't.
