    There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    @Shen Tackar. I would like to see the outfit without the overcoat.

    @Braddock that looks too much like an orphaned suit jacket [IMG]

    Really nice stuff today, gentlemen. Shen, I echo Braddock--that coat looks awesome. Anden, yes, one needs a pure cashmere navy blazer!

    Tweedyprof, I love that tie--is it the copper herringbone from NMWA in a different light than previous, or is it a different beast altogether?

    @heldentenor

    Thanks HT, the tie is a different beast (and it is kind of a beast): thick donegal rust tweed from Drake's a few seasons ago.

    Found this jacket at a local vintage store. It's from the 1960s (so said the tag) and is in perfect condition.

    I love when menswear comes full circle.

    Do you ever wear bowties?

    Oh yes. Not terribly often but I do have a rack full of them for when the mood strikes.

    A tie from the 60´s and an old Daniel Hechter Harris Tweed jacket. But the pocket square is brand new. A serious deviation from my vintage policy.

    ^^^ Incidentally, it was @Albert Hal who inspired me to go looking for vintage stores.

    You can´t imagine how much you can find for no Money at all at drift stores. The only thing it cost is time.

    So true. It's fun too, like taking a step back in time.

    A mate just informed me that my tie looks eerily close to an RAF organization tie. It's times like these that I'm glad I don't live in England, for fear I might be crucified for wearing a tie I don't rate!
