1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

You're too kind ol'chap, you bring the best out of people.

My speaking engagement (Rotary) last night was a major accomplishment too but not quite as lengthy!

Safe onward trip to you and yours!

Here is what we did (we both can get out of control).

All of the money goes into a pot. Periodically (currently my pay day as she is home with the kids and therefore unwaged) we take what is left and split it. No questions asked on how you spend it - it is personal surplus and therefore yours to do with what you will.

How this helps in the big picture is that every dollar you spend on family stuff is 50c out of your own pocket. So when we get a new car we know we are personally going to be about a car payment a month poorer each until it is paid off for instance. It really works well because it is a) simple and b) beneficial to both parties.

She rolls her eyes at my purchases frequently but understands it is a hobby and as it is my money doesn't say anything.

I agree. My wife and I will occasionally ask each others opinions on what we are wearing with the unspoken understanding that it applies only to color combinations and textures. The reason being that although we both love clothes and shoes, we recognize that the two worlds are… well... worlds apart. Those who understand both, I bow to.

Superb, I see that you even wear coloured contact lenses now, to match with your suit. That's dedication! [IMG]
You should have posted this last week for the FC: wear something red...

Presumably he does not like the half moon shape of the pretty wide spread collar, but I think its A-Ok. T&T is a picky dude. Old news. :)
