Its out of place.
The M59 bring back memories... I have to get one
Wife chose the tie/ps combo...how did she do?
From NMWA: Formosa suit, Bigi tie, Drakes ps, Mazz shirt, Farnese belt
Not from NMWA: EG Shannon boots kopped from B&S
Awesome combo. It looks like a killer suit and the tie matches it perfectly. Very well done!
Euro, that is friggin outstanding. All of us regular NMWA folk that didn't buy that suit are a bunch of idiots.
Your wife is a keeper.
Thanks! I love that perfect shade of green and I appreciate the silhouette. I think if this jacket is useless in a classic men's wardrobe, Barbour jackets are useless too.
DonCologne already explained it very well.
I understand what you mean. Thinking in rules, this jacket is too casual. But sometimes I like the contrast of that jacket with a sportscoat and flannels.
Place is a social construct.
I blame Agnelli.
Coherency is a reality.

Walks on the wild side can be fun.
As an owner of a slightly sticky-outy bum, I am bemused by your favoring a center vent. In my experience, either side vents or no vents trump the center vent in all situations.
Juxtaposition is fundamental.
For the contest. SC, tie and pents are vintage.
