Not something I'd normally wear, but @TweedyProf brought up the use of large scale check against a checked jacket, so I figured I'd give it a few tries.

I like the PS in itself (it's a Post-Imperial number) - I agree it may not be the ideal here. The pin is a professional thing. I don't generally wear these things, but I found it mixed up in my tin of cufflinks...

EFV, 3 piece + bow tie + slippers = FU to the max.

    SB, nice filter.

    Mr. Six, I hate you.

I just pulled the tie too tight. Same as most of my shirt collars.

I didn't like the tie until I saw it close up. Very nice, as are the links.

I took the suggestions of my last WAYWRN to heart and added a tweed jacket to the tie:

Thanks, gents. And thanks for the thumbs. Stitchy, I'd make a joke about how a 52 is just sitting there in stock, but I know you know and feel it deeply.

Orange and Brown, in my opinion, is a highly underrated fall/winter combo...especially when it's ancient madder and heavy wool.

the tie and ps are way too matchy. i know. but muggles still love it...so i managed to squeak by with it today...knowing that later sf would criticize me for it.

Sir, thank you. The jacket is an otr ring jacket acquired from the armoury this season.
