AS, I don't understand why the gingham in the shirt doesn't bug me with the checked jacket, but it doesn't.

Claghorn, I like that scale of tie, but I'm afraid those colors just don't quite appeal to me in a shiny silk. Maybe similar shades as part of a madder would sing to me.

    This was actually Wednesday:

Clags, I like the tie (which doesn't look particularly shiny to me). I think it would be better with gray than blue, though.

I also like the tie Clags. Would probably look great with a brown tweed jacket.

Lots of Canali in this fit - jacket, pents and shoes are all from that august Milanese house.

Block stripes are awesome, but this example is not my favorite. The pattern is so bold, imo simpler, darker color combinations work better. We had a navy/burgundy grenadine block stripe I absolutely love and now have a wool blue/brown one which is great also. IS, one day you'll be converted, too.

The pot is about to call the kettle black: I liked everything here except the striped shirt.

    :embar:

On a less self conscious note, I also think the silk of the square is too formal/wrong texture against all that tweed and wool. I'd have gone wool or cashmere.

Really great color combos, though, and as usual the fit is spot on.

I like that a lot, but the jacket doesn't look like it can be worn as an SC, no?

Site is so annoying. I use the app only and when you make edits it auto saves the edited pic to your phone.

Super rapey facial expression today, Cox! And a great SC to boot.
