You have some lovely navy suits, Crusty, but my favorite fits of yours are the earthier tones--this suit and your brown Paul Stuart in particular. Tie is a strong choice here, too.

Thanks, Heldentenor. Your sentiments in re: earth tones/lighter colors of my suits have been echoed by others on this forum and elsewhere. Glad that you like the tie as well.

scbrown, I think the vest looks a bit long (at least in these pictures)

pandarts, that tie is too lightweight for the rest of your outfit

Señor Crust, very nice. I think brown suede (or if that is brown, a slightly lighter brown) would have been even better

The shoes are dark brown suede, and in retrospect, I agree that the shoes are a bit too dark for the suit - my chestnut C & J Maltons are the perfect color for this suit. Live and learn . . . :embar:

Very peculiar light in my office today, but I've corrected as much as I can.

Nicely done SCBrown. Great to see a young man even try to pull off a look like this!

EliodA - Nice fit although I'm not sure I would have gone with that particular shirt (pattern). Looks good overall though...
