It's worsted flannel in a medium weight (12oz) but I don't have any more details. They are RTW Cavour Mod 3 trousers.

Any alterations? to me they appear less tapered compared to rtw Mod 3, especially in knee area.

Just hemming, nothing else. It's a nice pattern, nice high rise and well-proportioned through the leg, with wide hems but not overly wide in the thighs which keeps things clean.

Your trousers always look so perfectly balanced and flattering in my eyes.
Thank you. I can't take any credit here of course, these Cavour trousers are in some ways better than my bespoke pattern.
