The weather in NYC is a bit colder than average for early December - 39F/5C currently, and I have the first of several holiday events to attend this evening, a members' holiday party at the Frick Museum, for which the requested dress code is "festive dress". I took that as an excuse to do a mash-up of articles of clothing which I like and that have not seen the light of day for a while - one hopes mashed into some form of visual cohesion, and which follows the brief from the museum to appear "festive".

Jacket - Saks Fifth Avenue house brand
Shirt - Brooks Brothers
Cravat - Harvie & Hudson, London
Waistcoat - Favourbrook, London
Cufflinks - Deakin & Francis
Braces - Paul Stuart
Pocket square - no name brand
Trousers - Paul Stuart
Shoes - Gaziano & Girling
Overcoat - Turnbull & Asser
Scarf - Paul Stuart
Hat - Laird Hatters, London
