+1. Well done.
@rtc - nice!
Thanks for the love guys
rainy, cold, yesterday.
Cheers from Oceanside, California, everybody.
Cross-post from my post in the Eidos thread, channeling Antonio yesterday.
Spoiler: Additional pics from Southern California to clog up the thread
This one is 2 1/4" - which seems to be a pretty common size for early 60s square-ended knits. I have two others of the same width. The only modern one I've got is 2 5/8". I'm a small guy with a small face but I wouldn't go lower than 2". As it happens, this one is on its way out anyway - it has some damage that you can't see in the picture but which is probably irreperable (and not worth repairing).
Time to break out the cashmere SC and the cords. Oh, this knit tie is 3.25".
Great look @Monkeyface - serious taper on those pants
Yeah, 8" leg opening. I'm slowly replacing all of my trousers with Luxire trousers with an 8.5" leg opening, but it'll take a while.
Who makes the square?
Drake's, it's their wool/silk 'navajo' square. Very versatile with the burgundy, green, light blue and orange colours.
Awesome - thanks
Evening. I'm back from the Boogie Down and heading out to dinner. I changed my socks to solid hunter green, but I'm counting the raincoat as 5 pattern bingo. Good night.
