    Hey Kulata. Cheers.

Yes, pale blue shirt. The lighting sucks, but you are spot on. IRL, the contrast, though subtle is apparent (gray versus blue). Still, I might have a slightly more saturated, darker blue. How dark would you folks go? @EFV posted a fit a while back with white/cream coat and very dark blue (not navy). It was illuminating.

    Nice to have a discussion!

I don't think I have ever taken the time to compliment you, Tweedy....you always look fantastic...especially today (knowing that the lighting is screwing up the contrast).

Dimple your tie. Not a big fan of that tie anyways. Suit looks awesome.

Thank you for that :) I like your fits too - a very far cry from someone who has an advice thread named after him!

I post full shots sometimes, especially for the Friday Challenge but only if I like the way they look. I've got a pretty good handle on the close ups (because I can show the differentiation in the textures and patterns pretty well) but am still not happy with the quality of the full body shots I'm getting at the moment.

    Love that jacket!

I'll keep that in mind [IMG]

I agree with what @Monkeyface said - the suit looks great but I'm not a fan of the tie or that lack of a dimple. I also think a linen pocket square in a tv fold would lift this fit if you could swing it.

I think you should smoke for all your shots. Looks very cool.

I find that comment a bit weird. This is a standard ploy in countless clothes advertising spreads - great outfits, gnarly backgrounds, beautiful photography. Works for me.

    A hard G.

Er...that would depend on their eating habits.

Tell us your email address and we'll add you to the mailing list. Memos are sent out every Monday.

I wasn't teasing. The sedate look is part of the many moods of AAS. Now that the temps are dropping my mood has changed a bit. I'm wearing five patterns today. Hold on to your hat. [IMG]

    ^^^ Nice fabric, @Pliny

Looking good! Is that some sort of stitching on the shoulders?

We had a whole discussion about certain walls as a background for pictures in the GNAT thread. I think it's a bit silly as well, but obviously it works because those pics get lots of thumbs. You'd be crazy not to do it if you were trying to sell clothing or ties on SF. You have to take into account that some people post mainly to advertise their stuff.
