    Nice @mossrockss!

Most of my tie collection is comprised of thrifted BB ties. I've handled better stuff too, but honestly their quality is pretty great, especially for the classic reps.

thanks! actually i've found even the newer ones, which some complain of being too stiff yet oddly flimsy, soften up nicely over time. this one tied a nice knot immediately, however, and i'm thrilled with it.

fall is rapidly approaching ( or rather, it has arrived), so time to break out the woollen ties again...

DC, I would love to see a higher gorge on your lapels, and some longer shirt collars. I think it would step up your game even higher.

The shirt is an old RTW one. Newer shirts and the shirts I will order in the fututure are MTM with 9 cm (3,5'') shirt collar.
So most of my suits are thrifted from Oxxford clothes and beside the outstanding farbrics and workmanship, the low gorge is one of the characteristic of Oxxford suits.

I hear yeah, DC, but I really think that you would benefit from the look of a higher gorge. Sometimes the lower gorge just looks sad to me. It's not smiling.

    Good look, Elio. Lol, "STFU"

Happy Monday! Nothing too special here today but felt compelled to post anyhoo. This is my fav suit right now, especially as the cooler Autumn weather is taking hold. It's a donegal tweed in a cool bluish grey. It's OTR Bar III Carnaby Collection.

In addition to the longer points, I think you would benefit from a taller collar stand. Nice look otherwise, DC.

I purchased it from Macy's men's/suit department. Found it on the clearance rack...around $160. Bar III is a Macy's Exclusive label, I'm thinking much along the lines of Nordstrom's TopShop.
