paisley, I think the jacket is too long for such a high-contrast combination. Combined with the effectively monotone nature of the top half, this looks unbalanced to my eye.

One critical note: the tight fit of your jacket makes your head and shoes look a bit big, but perhaps the angle of the photos plays a part in this as well.

I think it's the angle of the photo, my shoe size is 39,5 EU .
