BTW, I am sparing everyone my FC entry. You'll thank me later.
If it helps, they're cordo. It's a combination of bad lighting and that my cobbler applied a layer of darker polish than he should when repairing the heel (see shoe care thread).
I will likely strip it off.
Why do so many users blur out their face? What is so wrong with members seeing you? I've just wondered is all? Are people ashamed or something? Can any tell me why it happens so much? (and don't tell me its because it detracts from the fit)
The Internet being what it is, people are concerned that their images might end up in places that they never intended them to appear, or because they have concerns about privacy or anonymity.
Guess it was a bit of a stupid question to ask, but when I just saw a user post a full body shot and blur out his mouth, I wanted to shake them and say who the hell cares who you are!? You look good and you've done wrecked it! When Vox does it, that silly 'O' thing, just pisses me off as a photographer.
I don't disguise my face, as it has been to some fairly sordid place on the Internet already
At least this SF isn't the other SF…
Love all your fits and this 27thumb one is no different, however, that is a huge amount of sock on show. Am I completely wrong to think that?
For the same reason people use screen names, in many cases.
You're essentially asking why one would want to be anonymous on the net. The answer: lots of perfectly good reasons.
Don't be talked out of changing anything about your style and don't have second thoughts about the way you dress. You always look immaculate, you may well be the best dressed man of your height in America.
Do not change a thing. Just because you get opinions thrown at you it does not mean they are right.
Thank you, sir. I know you appreciate restraint.
Thanks for the kind words.
Yeah, I guess. I had these pants tailored while wearing oxfords so that there would be a tiny break. When I wear them with loafers they look kind of short. I'm wearing oxfords today so you can see the difference. I haven't had any pants tailored recently, but I'll probably wear loafers the next time I do.
In general, people seem to accept trousers being a bit shorter when worn with loafers.
I don't think these cross the line into the unacceptable, and I'm a guy who likes a bit of break in most of my own trousers.
First day of classes. I only had two classes today. The first was ok, but I nailed the second one. Keeping it pretty simple still. These pants are the same length as the ones yesterday. There is a bit of break because I'm wearing oxfords.
Wrinkled linen trousers and shirt + silk/wool Eidos jacket. Bad lighting, but the sun has set quite a while ago. Got me some off white silk socks, very comfy, albeit a bit Michael Jackson like with these burgundy loafers. I need some of those light suede Carmina loafers.
