That you're wearing it as a SC does not surprise me... but you really shouldn't.

They grey pants look good with this. What about the shoes? Oh, the drama. Are you living in a hotel or does your wife charge you for the Pellegrino?

For fans of "Piece-Of-A-Person" pictures, a piece of a person wondering why recently there have been so many posts in this thread with only words, rather than with words and pictures.

While on the subject of posts with only words, over the years there have been many word only posts in several threads nattering on about how it's impossible to button all three buttons on a 3/roll 2 jacket without pulling the jacket out of shape.

Out shortly after 5:00am this morning on a cold (around 40F) and windy morning staying warm with all three buttons buttoned on a Brooks Brothers 3/roll 2 jacket.

It looks like an orphaned suit jacket.

The WAYEatingRN content of your posts is always an enchantment. Deets on the cake please. Looks like a baba au rhum but without rum ?

Andre is also a documented fan of the Kilt!

I'm having to hire one in a few months for a wedding.
You may remember last year, I was losing weight ahead of my first forray into bespoke tailoring. Still on that journey, currently I'm down just over 70lbs and over 10" lost in my chest alone.

Still looking to this thread for inspiration when the time comes

Still chilly here in the UK so tweed required.

    Piece of a person:

    Bernard Weatherill tweed
    Ralph Lauren Polo blue OCBD
Tyrwhitt tie (In retrospect maybe a heavier/wool tie would have suited more)

I realised it's quite difficult to get a decent picture of oneself. Anyway managed these, Forgot about my footwear.
I have a problem that with this suit, my tie seems to shift to the left. Any suggestions why that may happen?

No, your eyes are not terrible. Either my dry cleaner has done me dirt, and in dry cleaning the waistcoat, has somehow changed the roll of the waistcoat lapel, or it was manufactured incorrectly (I will present it to my alterations tailor to get his opinion on it), or my gullet increased in size since taking possession of the suit, and I've bent the lapel out of alignment. All are equally plausible scenarios.

If the piece does go on sale (which I suspect it might), either my midsection needs a size reduction, or I need assurances from the fitter that the waistcoat can be let out - it was scarily tight when I tried it on, whereas the jacket waist was not a problem, making me think that the waistcoat was very tightly tailored. I would then need to convince myself that I need the suit for whatever the reduced price might be (somewhere very far downwards of the $3995.00 original price tag, certainly).
