Has the jacket been tailored yet? Seems big/baggy here. The trousers are from a local maker if I'm remembering correctly? I like them a lot. They seem to fit a lot better than the S&M trousers that came with your new suits. Tie/PS combo is cool in an unexpected way.
Thanks! I took to the tailor but he didn’t nailed the fit. First he took in too much and then he took out too much haha. The trousers are from S&M too, but this are in the slim cut. The ones from the suit need a few more tweaks to fit better. The ones from the suit are supposed to have more room than this ones.

I feel your tailoring pain, brother! Strange that the slim cut trousers seem to be roomier than the non-slim, unless I'm getting something confused?

Hehehe nope, you’re right, the slim seem to be roomier. I have one trouser at the tailor, if he gets it right, I will tell him to do the same to the suit trouser.

@jcmeyer Thanks for your thoughtful comments. Will take the PS issue into consideration.
The rest I don't agree upon; love those shoes.

Beating the heat in a mohair sport coat from Zegna. A slightly rough texture but incredibly breathable. Finamore, E. Marinella, Zanella and AE Strand.

  • Jacket: Suitsupply (Hudson fit)

  • Shirt: Suitsupply

  • Tie: Burberry

  • Square: Tie Bar

  • Watch: Shinola 47mm Chrono

IMO a plain blue shirt would have been much better here. The glencheck (which i never much like as a shirting) is too busy against the texture of the jacket and tie.

Great color and texture work otherwise.

@Chawk806 I also wear AE Fifth Avenue, Liverpool, Dalton and Peyton. Starting to shift upwards to Alden and eyeing Edward Green as an aspirational purchase.

Now I KNOW I lost some weight because these pants have so much room in the waist. Off to the tailor I guess.

Suit: Orazio
Shirt: Dunhill
Tie: Shibumi
PS: KW
Shoes: Meermin
