Completely (and somewhat absurdly) misread your initial post haha

I'm glad the feedback is recognised for what it is, and can even be appreciated. As it stands, it's through much ongoing observation of people like you that I've developed my own style and appreciation/insight, and in turn my advice is simply giving back what I have inherited/received through the actions (fit posting) and goodwill (free advice) of others. Could I summarise to say I'm just spreading the love?

In regard to the chukka suggestion, of course it's important to be comfortable as well as look good. Though I often err on the side of being uncomfortable rather than sacrificing style. Often I'll persist in wearing a jacket and a tie when the mercury is pushing (and even above) 40C, but sometimes, I do give in and opt for rolled shirt sleeves and chinos.

Perhaps living in Australia develops a tolerance to heat, though I'm probably mad to wear what I often do on some of the hottest days. Just because it's 40C out, I don't put away my chukkas, though I'll often reach for a loafer or laced shoe instead. Really doesn't seem to make much difference to how hot I feel, which is more down to what I'm wearing on top. With a coat and tie, regardless of weight, when it's 40C, anything warmer than espradrilles or other breathable footwear sans socks ceases to matter. Then, it's just hot whatever one wears, unless one joins the bogans in tank tops/muscle shirts, ugly (non-classic) shorts and flip-flops (which we call thongs here, probably to the great amusement of all Americans).

Bold to rock a three piece-suit at your age, I like it! Also, try to get the whole shoe in the picture. Now it looks cropped in an unflattering way.

Nice and clean outfit, but my favorite part of the picture definitely is the dog. Please keep him in your menswear posts.

@1st Step: Never underestimate the abilities of an trained viking. I've done dirty things in a suit more than once.

@Epicure: Thank you for your kind words. It's the karma ting, I guess. And I listen to honest feedback.
