Suitsupply jacket, Hober tie, Brooks Brothers shirt, Eplaulet trouser.

Re tie clips, I understand where people might be coming from. It just looks a bit more buttoned-up or rigid than most people here like to think themselves to be.

However, if you like it for practical reasons and it therefore becomes a bit of a personal style signifier, I don’t see anything wrong with that at all - esp as it is a pretty unobtrusive clip at that.

Personally I’d wear it a bit lower so that it doesn’t show when the coat is buttoned - would be more elegant in my view.

A slightly more casual shirt?

Otherwise I like it and don’t mind the blue trousers. Others might disagree.

Ah! Excellent suggestion. Thanks!

Tie bar is a little high maybe?

Do you like the way your tie bar looks? I only ask because I wear a tie bar all the time, but invisibly, and if you wanted the practicality of using a tie bar but were unsure about the look or it, I’d share my technique if you’re interested. :)

First pair of PT0 trousers and I'm happy to say that they have lived up to the hype

I realise this is the thread for suits, but what does HOF stand for.

It's a carryover from way back meaning "Head of Forum." I believe it's intended to indicate something similar to a pinned thread.

I kinda like it, but it's mainly for utility. I'd definitely appreciate your arcane technique, if only for the sake of greater variety.
