Yesterday: prepared for a (chilly) mountain top lunch.
Great blazer. Fix your flap!
Outstanding look. Great use of purple. Purple and olive are a dope color combo. Nitpick, but I think a dark brown watch band would have been better here. Those shoes are gorgeous. Details please.
Elio, a pretty nice look, but I am not feeling that SC with those trousers. Sorry, bro.
I have to agree with you on that. Actually, I had planned to wear my gray herringbone jacket, but my little bundle of delight had decided to decorate papa's jacket with some finger paint.
I'm all for matchy matchy, but my collection of watch straps is rather limited.
Those shoes are suede chukkas from Borgioli: http://www.borgiolifratelli.it. Not only do they look great (IMO), but they'r super comfortable to wear as well.
^ Borgioli make some lovely shoes. Their antiquing is top shelf, though some of their designs are, let's say, a bit of an acquired taste.
Suits and boots!
^ I like it except for the PS.

I know in the USA loafers with suits is more common but to me it just looks wrong, it totally distracts from the suit, might as well wear sneakers, it's so out of place.

Back after a short absence. I've not worn today's suit since sometime last year - thought that it was time for it to return to rotation.
