Why did I take a picture with a crescent Moon on the night of a Super Moon? Because it was there.

    P1100523 2.jpg

All Brooks Brothers except for Allen-Edmonds shoes.

This picture shows one of the challenges of asking totally random people to take your picture. Some people understand the concept of pushing the button down until you hear the "beep" (meaning the camera is focused) and then pushing the button the rest of the way down. (The boy half of humanity usually understands this concept far better than the girl half of humanity.)

It is a navy blue chalk stripe suit and it would have been easier to see this if the picture was in focus. Here's a close-up of the shoes and the lower part of the trousers.

Herringbone trousers are great all fall/winter. "Perfect for Christmas" is just seller-speak for "buy these now."

Most of the time when I ask people to do it sir, it usually comes out all blurred out and un-serviceable. I reckon it is a hit or miss most times.. I like the use of stripes in the outfit, but would you say the tie or shirt clashes a little bit?

On a side note, what is the correct term of a 3 piece with odd trousers? A 2 piece suit? With the waistcoat and jacket matching? I've been looking around the internet to find some examples, but it appears to be that this type of outfit configuration is hard to come by.

@Hal Freeman, another version of wearing the jacket and vest from a three piece suit with odd trousers, in this case standing next to what some Southern Californians will recognize as the idol in front of the local Temple Of Mammon.
