May I ask how you maintain these boots? I'd rather like to bring a pair of mine to a similar tone.

@crdb I use Saphir products. First I apply Pommadier cream and first, leave it for a day and polish with a brush. Then I apply wax (Pate de Luxe) on the toe of the shoe, polish and leave for 15 minutes - this step is repeated several times. I put a few drops of cold water on the shoe before polishing to get the mirror shine.

Burgundy all the way down, or some colourless and other colours?

@crdb for these boots I use dark brown cream and wax and additionally I finish with black wax for the last few layers.

Shirt is actually sky blue. Tie is navy wool from Al Bazar. For some reason the colours of the square (RLPL) are accurately represented.

Thanks mate, all of those are taken at Elvaston Castle in Derbyshire. I was born and raised nearby and will visit every now and again when visiting my parents. Something comforting about going home...
