@PiCcolocV the shirt has two button cuff but the buttons are placed vertically not horizontally, so it can't be buttoned any tighter. Besides the shirt sleeve length is actually ok, it's the jacket that has too short sleeves (and is actually to short in general).

I also thought the cuffs looked ever-so-slightly loose and long (but a nice fit otherwise). To my eye the jacket sleeves are fine.

I actually have the same problem with many of my shirts. My solution has been to move the buttons inward around 1 cm. It's a tedious - though straightforward - procedure, but I highly recommend it.
