pants look good, just need a hemming, but the jacket looks too boxy and large to my eye.
Thank you gents. Now I look at the pictures, it does look large. I will return and size down.
i applaud you for the effort of geting into that outfit at the rather abnormal temperature we are experiencing currently (92F). Splendid outfit as usual of course.
Seems like an appropriate reaction to the threat of being an Aggie.
@in stitches Likin that today
@sugarbutch too, good stuff
Hell, lots of good today
Thanks. I actually prefer some elements of SVB's interpretation below - and vice versa - but I'm happy with my version too.
Between this & your summer tie look, you're having a great week of outfits!
Not dressed remotely in anything approaching smart tailoring today, so spoilering the casual fit pic. A little work over lunchtime, and then took the afternoon off to visit the zoo! Well, technically they call themselves a wildlife park but I think most people still think of them as zoos. Had fun chatting to the monkeys, and laughing at the meerkats and penguins. I didn't realise how much I needed a change of scenery. Weird how that can creep up on you despite not actually feeling particularly tired.
X post from tie challenge thread.

I'm not sure if I understand you correctly but the roll is from the specifications given to Luxire (originally by Timotune). No extra effort or something like that.
Thanks, it was the first time for me to wear this shirt with the extreme collar roll. After reading your comment, I tried pushing the tie upwards a little, and I agree that it looks a little better with a minorly lesser roll.
Very quiet outfit today. So, was my choice of the PS better this time? Grenadine tie + Paisley square?
Kept in the shade all the time wearing it, still crazy hot. I was walking around town just now (11:15 p.m.) and it's still hot enough for me to break a sweat. That's pretty extreme for Sweden I'd say (It wasn't even this hot when we went to Italy last month).
I'm still finding my own feet with pocket square coordination, so disregard this if you like, but to me the scale of the paisleys means that you get a lot of pattern/color in the square. You are wearing this square in the context of a (really well executed) set of solids, all of which are conservative colors.
I think the contrast is jarring; a square with a bigger pattern or a print that showed a hint of color rather than a repeating pattern would have set off your suit/shirt/tie perfectly.
Very nice. I'm starting to learn how to combine a PS properly to the remaining parts of an outfit.
Another fantastic combination!
Each and every outfit of yours impress me. I can't remember having seen only one outfit that was only "somewhat awesome".
Simplicity. Well done.
Thanks for the advice! Would a white linen PS with e.g. a navy border have fitted better?
