1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

It is a one-button jacket, and there is a crease (non-permanent) on the left hand side of the jacket, by the jacket hem, which will miraculously disappear sometime in the near future. :satisfied:

This sounds like a YouTube show, so let's make it. Come talk all things sartorial on Crusty's Couch.

Friday. Linen jacket, seersucker shirt, raw silk tie. The shoes are new to me. Yep, another pair of dark brown Cole Haan bit loafers. I wore down the soles on my other pair and it was cheaper just to thrift another pair.

Indeed, looks like some kind of carnation hybrid to me.

Gerry, thank you. I have previously read good things about John Smedley. However, good to know that even among the companies offering lower price points you've had reasonable experiences. I will of course take on board the countering point re your large rotation. I'm in no rush, so I'll keep my eyes and ears open as I explore the possibilities for adding to my collection of knitwear.

I'm really liking that briefcase from the 1st and 3rd pictures. Who is the maker?

^ Very nice, but I would have liked that even better without tie, @Gerry Nelson

Au contraire, I believe the tie made Gerry's fit. Extreme degree-of-difficulty, and just about any other tie would have ruined it. But not that one.
