Picked up a boater hat for the Jazz Age Lawn Party. I didn't wear it on Saturday, but think it may have gone well with this outfit.

@Murlsquirl has impeccable taste in cloth. I prefer it to Worsted Alsport, for example. Very luxe.

Today - finally picked up my first long suit from tailor after alterations.

I love the color of this Irish linen fabric. It is a bit heavier than other linen suits I own though. I'm quite curious to see how it will feel once the temperature rises here.

Beautiful fits and beautiful wife and family @chocsosa.

@Blekit this is an awesome fit. I truly like your shorter jackets also, but the longer adds great variety and depth to your wardrobe

Tomorrow Pitti Uomo starts again. I've started a new Pitti 90 thread today, and will update the #Pitti90 tag with new threads throughout the week.

Also, if you're on Instagram, be sure to follow Styleforum's account for live updates of streetstyle, events and exhibitions.

Back to reality, after yesterday's dip into nostalgia.

The temperatures are moderate today, so I'm taking advantage, getting another wearing out of one of my three-piece suits before such time at it will be too hot for them.

    Suit - New & Lingwood
    Shirt - Tyrwhitt
    Tie - Charvet
    Cufflinks - BB
    PS - Robert Talbott
Braces (not shown) Trafalgar for Paul Stuart
    Vintage watch chain
Shoes - Harris, via Barney's NYC

Sorry to interject, and perhaps I'm missing the the larger point because I haven't read every comment leading up to the last few on this topic, but I'm in NY wearing a jacket with spalla camicia at this very moment and do so frequently (and I regularly see them on others, especially in the particular neighborhoods...).

What are the "particular neighborhoods"? I've started a separate thread where I'm trying to espouse my views on this and also to allow everyone to make fun of me and attack in one place where I can respond. I don't know how to link threads and such but you can find it if you want.
