@Coxsackie a more saturated shirt can work if indeed the tie provides more contrast. Like that brown knit. Just don't overdo it on the saturation:

@Dennis Walter I really like your fit today. It all blends great together in the end except those shoes. They are not to my taste but aside from that, it is, IMO, a great fit for this time of year.

What exactly is faux tweed? A lighter weight tweed?

Edit: I think a less saturated stripe might have been better here ;)

Lol, absolutely right about the stripes. Or thinner ones. But I just don't have a shirt like that.

Faux tweed in that it looks like tweed, but is actually a lighter weight wool/cashmere blend.

@Coxsackie very nice suit! Wish the shirt collar would be different, but hey, great combo nonetheless!

Amazing fit, Erik. I love it!

I really like layering but I have to be careful, don't like to end up looking like Johnny Bravo.

Nice overall combo, especially liking the weave of the jacket, @Mr. Six . Is that a hopesack? I take it there´s little to no padding in the shoulder and maybe even a spalla camiccia?

Thanks! Yes, it's a hopsack by Drapers. Very little padding in the shoulder and spalla camicia sleeves (Formosa via NMWA).

Went with a half-windsor because I haven't used one in awhile, I think I'll stick to my double FOH gave me a bit to much symmetry for my taste, but things are worth a try every once in awhile

Can we get a fit pic of that jacket? We haven't seen much of David's bespoke work on members...other than himself.
