Nice dude. This goes to show that you don't have to spend $1,500 to put together a good look.

I'm not feeling the tie. Might just be my personal preference, though. Is it brown with light blue squares? Maybe it's the ambiguity of color that bugs me.

Yeah it's dark brown with light blue "flowers" (they kinda look pixelated with white centers) from SuitSupply

And yeah, super frugal! I didn't spend more than $40 on anything in this outfit, other than the watch.

pBOOTH, your picture link was broken yesterday, but someone helpfully quoted it today. Quite nice, as is your usual standard. Hair, as ever, stunning.

Garry, I don't like ticket pockets, either, but if I like everything else enough, I can overlook them. For example, my favorite cut in Polo has them.

Feeling green today, and decided to go with this SNL-tainted Henry Carter tie, too.

Agreed, a linen blend would be very useful. This is a VBC flannel.

The jacket? No, it's Huddersfield Fine Worsted, from their Portofino book. But you got the blend, though.

I thought that might trouble you. [IMG]

I find flannel to be comfortable across a wide range of temperatures. These VBC flannels are quite light, and so they are even more so, for me. And it's not especially warm here today. However, I may wear my Fox cricket whites later this week. The jacket I'll wear a lot this summer, probably with flannel, linen, fresco, you name it!

Ah, you are like gold to me! How do you like your Fox cricket whites dear Andy? I've long considered going straight there or getting some made up... :lurk:

I love 'em! Mine are made up from Fox's 290gm version of their Cricket White flannel. I had Hemrajani make them last year. They are exactly the thing to wear with a jacket (this green one or my striped blazers) and bucks. And as I said earlier, they are comfortable in even quite warm weather, which was a revelation to me.

You, of all people, gotta get you some!
