1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I will never like hats, but everything else made the look eminently thumb worthy [IMG]

A subliminal message directed at those who fail to tie their neckties so that the ends end up even close to the proper length (which I think is called "Spazzatura") and I.

Brooks Brothers blue blazer, blue PPBD shirt, and tie, Squarextraordinaire blue and brown paisley pocket square, Orvis trousers. and Allen Edmonds bourbon Fifth Avenues.......

The ever popular "Piece Of A Person Picture" that also gives away how 5'6" me got my tie to come out (almost) right. If you look closely, you can see that my tie goes around twice (sometimes called an "Albert" knot), which is what I do with ties that are too long.

Good evening gentlemen. I have noticed that the high level remains here. I haven't enough time for to visit this place so often I wanted. I hope you like my look for today

From the "better late than never" school of posting, as much of my morning (starting at 5:45 AM) was taken up with work issues - it seems that all I did all day was yammer on the phone on conference calls - most annoying.

Digging into the archives for something to wear on a warm spring day, I came up with today's suit.

    Suit - BB Fitzgerald
    Shirt - BB MTM
    Tie - JAB
    PS - Ashear
Cufflinks - the gift shop of the Sheraton Palace Hotel, Madrid, 1999
    Shoes - C & J

Yes the jacket is a bit snug and I need to have it let out but I loved the colors today and thats why I shared it.

As you grow older and your hair thins or vanishes you will come to see the wisdom in a well-chosen hat, particularly if you live in a sunny climate like @Andy57.
I always look forward to a @Roycru post, for the pictures of old school tradly goodness and for the pearls of wisdom.
A strong sophomore showing, though one wonders if the pose in this picture is a subliminal hedge against possible critiques of length. I, for one, think this one looks just about the right length, based on the CYA principle and extrapolating where the A is based on the fork. Nice fit!

    Dear masaccio,

Thank you for your valuable opinion with compliment. For the length of my RLPL jacket, I knew that it was a bit long to me for blazer, and I always welcome for every opinion with any point.

Rocked up the quarter lined CB sports jacket and a navy buttoned down. Love how comfy the jacket is too, and extremely robust!
