    Schroeder's, I believe.

If Schroedinger's Cat walks into a forest, and no one is around to
observe it, is he really in the forest?

Thank you. That's why I refered the person who asked about unbuttoned button down collars to Voxsartoria's pictures where people can see the pre-internet freedoms that all men once had.

Great pic, though I think in this case it doesn't prove anything about the freedom of dressing rules men were supposed to have had, since Vidal's raison d'etre was breaking the rules of the establishment he was so reluctantly part of.

That's why I suggested that the person look through all of the pictures that Voxsartoria has posted. Gore Vidal is not the only person with unbuttoned collar buttons.

I've always thought that it was most unfortunate when someone takes the time and trouble to post a picture here for the first time, and then never posts again after getting some bizarre comments, often from people who seldom, if ever, post pictures.

Looking through Voxsartoria's pictures, there are pictures of people wearing trousers of all lengths, jackets with various sleeve lengths (showing various amounts of shirt cuff) and with every possible variation of buttoning and all sorts of other weird and wonderful things.

My personal favorite bizarre comment was a when I posted a picture wearing blue and white seersucker trousers and a blue shirt. Someone posted that the color of my shirt was too close to the color of my trousers, and that I should have worn a white shirt. As blue and white seersucker trousers are blue and white in equal parts, I though that this was a very bizarre comment.

I've always thought that almost all comments about colors in everyone's pictures are a bit bizarre. The colors in photographs are never the same as the colors in the actual clothing, everyone's monitor shows colors differently, and about one man in twelve is color blind.

I'd like to see more people posting here, since I like seeing what people are wearing, and I think that more people might post here if there weren't so many bizarre comments about breaking some silly made up "rules".

@imys this one is a rather plain fit. Purchased from MyTailor...just a basic poplin, certainly nothing to write home about.

I made the executive decision to use body measurements and size down slightly. This was my first MTO shirt with them, and was keen to avoid the usual overallowances many places utilize. As a result, it's SLIM. I'd say too slim, but it's still enough to be functional...just no all you can eat buffets whilst wearing it haha.

If you'd like, I can PM you measurements taken for it, just let me know.

Agree 100% about the YH tie. That was my first YH piece, and I find myself reaching for it on a weekly basis it seems.
