Grey and blue kind of day. Shame the full length shot was corrupted.

Haha crazy. Small world. You should have thrown something/yelled at me
Casual friday with a brown POW linen SC and a chambray shirt
Får ta turen en annen gang
Shame indeed. This is great, Mcfox. Really like that tie on the checked shirt.
Similar to feedback given to another poster a page or so back, I don't think chambray really pairs well with a jacket like that, which despite being linen is still pretty structured with a more formal PoW pattern. Short collar points make the shirt even less likely to look good with a jacket and tie, but certainly a solid silk tie isn't the right choice; a knit if anything. Recommend an unstructured cotton sportcoat or field jacket, no tie, open collar, and a pair of dark jeans or chinos. In general, your jackets seem to fit well in the body but all have very structured shoulders - you work with what you have, no doubt, but for the future I would try to find softer shoulder (and wider lapels on your suits, though I'm guilty of the same offense for the time being ).
I have worn with much lighter trousers as well. The grey I wore today are much more of a medium grey. The pic was taken at about 6 am with minimum natural light. It feels pretty congruent in real life to be honest but I look at the pictures and know it's not a super accurate representation of the colors which sucks.
That was a long sentence lol.
I do like the jacket with khaki trousers or light grey. Unfortunately they both are in need of dry cleaning
I really like everything about this jacket - fabric, lapels, roping, patch. Seems like the ideal summer blazer. Nice choice.
Where did you find it? I don't see it on the Armory's site.
Thanks for your kind words. I actually had it made via Khakis of Carmel. I picked the swatch from one of their swatch books and then Ring constructed it.
GW generally does things quite well. In fact very well.
Shows promise. But you really should try for better photos. A few additional close-ups would help. For an upper body shot, use the front camera (the better one), point it back at yourself while standing in front of a mirror, and you can then preview the image in your phone's screen via the mirror. Zoom in a little (on an iPhone, you spread thumb and forefinger outwards to zoom in), tap on your preferred focus point to let the camera focus and adjust exposure, then press the shutter button. Take many shots. Switch HDR to "always on".
Or just have a pro photographer take your fit shots outdoors with a fuck-off DSLR fitted with a fast 50mm-equivalent prime lens.
They do roped shoulder? (Or slightly roped, I guess)
Yeah, I love the fabric and color... looks great.
