    There is a posture called sway back. Most people who don't stand correctly are stooped. The opposite of that is sway back. Anyway, as changes need to be made for whatever the difference is from the "normal" cut, in your case, because the hips are swayed forward, the front line needs to be moved forward, that means all the lines of that circumference needs to be moved forward on the coat. The other way is to rotate the armholes. The trousers could be lifted a little bit in back just under the waistband. On the pattern that amount, or what is needed, would be added to the front, unless the crotch is at the correct height. Only a few people stand "normal". The other 95% should have at least a couple of fittings.

    Crusty, that's a winner for sure!

    Also, GW, I would never have thought of pairing black loafers (or at least very dark loafers) with white trousers, but it looks very natural with that outfit.
