1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Special weekend edition - brunch with Husband, Bernoulli of these fora, and Bernoulli's date, a lady to which we've not had the honor yet. Attire was chosen to show off some of the recent swag from the August trip to London.

Suit, PS, and cufflinks - New & Lingwood
Shirt, tie, and braces - BB
    Waistcoat - Ede & Ravenscroft
Shoes - Paul Stuart house brand

An other nice outfit, Don. Such monochromatic expression needs a bold coloured tie, and the shoes and the glasses you bridge the colours. Sehr gut.

Like your facial hair as well.

From last week sometime. Still figuring out the new jacket. Though it being unlined is quite nice since, though cool in the mornings, the evenings are still a little warm.

Nice jacket @Claghorn though the shirt is too pale imo. Either a pure white or a more saturated blue would have been better, I think. Preferably solid. The jacket is KW?

Stripes are a bit darker brown IRL. It's a bit overexposed in the picture. If I were Foo, I might have photoshopped a composite image pulling the better parts of 3-4 pictures to ensure everything was true to life. But alas, my obsessiveness does not extend that far.

Jacket is Suit Supply. Hudson. I wish the buttoning point were lower.

Today. Jacket's color is wild, a bit hard to tame it.

Does buttoning point change drastically across SS styles (assuming you have familiarity with various styles from them).

I just have Washington (2) and Hudson (1). But yes, I think the buttoning point fluctuates within a 2 inch range across models.

If I maybe enquire Crusty, dressed as such a silk purse, where does one brunch in a town sadly filled with, well, sow's ears?

Señor Crust, I think that's the most successful application to date of that odd vest.

I am going to venture myself into this thread for the first time. It is not exactly what I am wearing today, my mother threw a party this week end to celebrate her birthday so I thought this fit could do here.
We have not had rain in months and it did rain that day... what a pity...
Quality is very poor I know, iPhone pictures, so one can't really see the patterns on tie and PS but well, I guess one can get the idea.

^ You should post the picture you put in spoilers as 1st picture instead, it's roughly a 100 times better for showing fit and colours.

Alright, I will change that. I thought there were too many things "going on" on that other picture... the first one has a more calming background LOL

    Lovely coat, @DonCologne

    Digging the tie, @PCK1

    Great tie @DonCologne

    Lovely jacket indeed, @Claghorn !

Worn over the weekend - the brown plaid suit to accommodate guests of the local mtm specialist i am working part-time for, the tweedy yellow-check thingy for yersterday´s casual stroll, blue stripes and POW waistcoat for today´s meetings (adding the extra sprezz by popping my color leftside...)

The Leopard at des Artistes is a venue sufficiently grand in order not to look a total fool in a suit on a Sunday afternoon.

In these fora, I've only worn yesterday's waistcoat twice, both times with the same suit and tie, and very similar shirts. For the record, so that there is no confusion, it's not the same waistcoat as I wore for my wedding.
