As it happens, my little Noodle, Partner and I are moving house sometime later this year, and all contributions in terms of furniture would be graciously received :D

Catches were quite scarce. The lake we were on only had Brook Trout in (I think that's what they're called in English - «truite mouchetée» in French) and most were pretty small in size. Only two catches worthy of mention are a 14" and a 16". Rest of them were in the 6"-10" range.

No pictures of course, as I'm the kind of bastard that babies his camera - hence I didn't bring it on the water. Just figure some 8" LL Bean boots, a pair of beat-up Levi's, a burgundy hoodie and the usual rain/floating fishing gear I borrowed my stepfather - this was a first for me, I'll do better next time!

First time in a long time I've been 4 days in a shack without cell reception/Wifi/electricity! It's fun from times to times to get back to basics!

That's very nice Cleav! Were you ever to replant the flower garden in Italy, I bet you'd put the indigenous industrialists to shame.

I'd say you succeed rather well.

    What's a silvertail?

    :D

So Eidos uses the same silk supplier as Rubinacci and the same shirt manufacturer as Liverano.

You're very kind as ever ol'fruit!

A dear friend of ours (SF friend) bought the tie (Drakes) and PS for me from the inimitable Exquisite Trimmings @davesmith. I love the tie's big pattern and especially the texture but all of that in a low contrast look.

Thanks K, much appreciated. I've tried a low contrast look a couple of times recently and I like it :)
