Or you could wear braces/suspenders
When I made my post, first I want to write about the new PS and the name of the company. But then I thought nobody will believe me. So the name of the company is: "Bernd Hennes Cologne".
Quote: Actually I think they r now only producing for a RTW brand. This may have been woven by Johnstons of Elgin. It's maybe not the best tweed eva, but it's definitely comfortable.
Well, it is a city in Germany, after all... I'm sure it's been asked before: why the nickname Cologne when you're living in Karlsruhe?
Also, @SYCSYC , from what I've seen from your fits so far, all your stuff seems to fit well but the colour coordination leaves something to be desired. The colours you choose are all rather harsh and don't harmonize well with each other, IMO.
If I were you, I'd try less patterns and colours and perhaps a bit more variety in texture: your last fit looks blander than necessary due to lack of textural interest.
I come from the surrounding region of Cologne and now live in Karlsruhe.
Supposed to be in the 80s today in NYC so linens are making their debut.

@EliodA Thanks, I take your point. I will try to include a mix of textures rather than colors in my next outfits.

@NickPollica are your belgian loafers the collab between Fabio Attanasio (The Bespoke Dude) x Velasca? They look pretty close!
Mein Führer! I can walk!
I used to drive there every week from Aachen for cello lessons.
Then I moved to Deutz, which made life easier. Also gave me walking-distance access to one of the few Kneipe in town serving Päffgen Kolsch from the barrel.
The Sultan of Sprezz.
It´s a small village 20 miles away from Cologne.
And your choice of Päffgen Kölsch was not the worst choice, it´s one of the best Kölsch brands in town.
Did you celebrate the carnival in Cologne and learned some Cologne carnival songs?
Can't say I learned any of the songs, but I was amused by their ubiquity. They had PA systems blaring them out in banks, for pity's sake.
My peak Carnival experience was walking out the door at 6am, dawn just about to break, to be confronted with a brightly-lit tramcar packed with Bozo The Clowns and Long John Silvers all calmly hanging from straps and reading their newspapers.
Separate names with a comma.
