Been picking up a lot of old Brooks Brothers ties on ebay lately and was happy to find one in a plum color. Dark green herringbone jacket is a bit longer, has a slightly lower buttoning point, and more structure to the shoulders than I'm generally used to - and the sleeves probably need to come up a scosh more - but I like it.

Square is just cream silk till something better comes along for this jacket. Two squares on the way from ET!

Ok, so not exactly "Clagsing" - wrong chair, wrong pose, too much face...
Pants look too tapered at the bottom in my opinion

Outer jacket is too short for that suit. But I like the jacket.

That is a great suit from Eidos/NMWA. Sadly, I had to return it due to fit, but highly considering MTM. Fabric is very light and great for Spring/Summer.

That's like saying "I don't take showers". There are so any reasons to do it, and so few not to.

These kinds of comments are part of the reason a lot of young guys who were wearing tailoring 2 years ago are now wearing all black.

Shining shoes is a CM rule-follower obsession. Personally, it looks affected to have mirror-shines.

First of all, no, it doesn't.

Second, you don't have to have a mirror shine. Many people don't like that and it's fine. Slapping some shoe polish and brushing off the excess is just simple shoe maintenance. It keeps the leather healthy and protected and extends the life of your shoes.

Nope, no matter what the Saphir marketing team tells you.
