1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

That makes sense, the jacket being uncommon enough for a solid fit.

Thanks for the thumbs yesterday. Green and navy. I almost wore a purple tie.

All your bizcash are belong to khaki!

But no, I just kinda meant, "a shade of tan in a less flannel-like fabric." The pants/jacket combo took me down a more formal path than the casual-ish square and shirt (unstructured ocbd?), and in my head I saw tan pants, exactly like the Vox fit. Grey flannel works, but I don't find it quite as harmonicous.

    Like so?

But for the record, I think the grey looks great too.

IMO too many things going on... the green jacket, gold buttons, purple lapel pin, that tie... that shirt... that floral pocketsquare... too much.

The shirt is just a regular semi-spread collar. I'm a buttondown hater. The trousers are lightweight worsted with texture. I think a tick lighter grey would have been better, to offer a bit of self-critique.

Is a green jacket with gold buttons really that out there? Green or navy it's still a solid color that, imho, works well with the other patterns chosen. I'm still damn new to all of this though so I'm curious to see if others agree with your assessment.

Friday, and not a moment too soon. Today's suit hasn't been worn in over a year, and, remarkably enough, it still fits. Happy accidents happen every day.
